“Shannon Rovner cleans for me on a biweekly basis for over ten years She is very professional and accommodating. She goes above and beyond what a house cleaner does. Shannon deeps clean for me about every 6 months or so as well. She makes sure that she customizes her cleaning to meet my needs. She fixes things without me asking or telling her to do them. I highly recommend her! Robert has also done some work at my parents house. He is professional and explains everything that he is doing and why it needs to be done. I definitely recommend him doing work on your house.”

Robert made the trip out on a Sunday morning and thought he found the issue with a simple replacement part and a refill on refrigerant. That did not fix the issue and it ended up needing another part that needed to be ordered. While waiting on the part Robert called and found that my AC was still under warranty and that saved me money on the part. My wife and I were going out of town and my mother in law was staying at the house with the dogs. Robert got the part in and immediately drove to the house to fix the issue before we left town. Robert included me in the discovery process both in the attic and at the outside unit. The quote given was more than fair for the quality of work and the expedited process.
