“I highly recommend Fox Air and Heat, they are the best. Richard, the owner, is a great guy, he is responsive, exceptionally knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy, competent, and does quality work. To give a little background of my AC problems, I have lived in this house for 5 years and it has never cooled properly, it was always hot throughout the summer, about the lowest it would get to was 80. I’ve had 4+ different companies come out, a different one each year, and they all said the same thing, there wasn’t a problem, just a little low on refrigerant, except for one of them who replaced a capacitor. This year Fox Air and Heat was recommended to me, so I called them on a Monday morning, and Richard answered the phone. I told him my story, and he came out that afternoon. The refrigerant was low again, and his first thought was there was a leak somewhere. None of the AC guys that came out before had mentioned that as an issue. Richard checked everything out and said he thought the leak was in the evaporator coil. He explained thoroughly what needed to be done, added some refrigerant, replaced my air filter (it is in the attic and very difficult to access) and said he would work up an estimate and get back to me, which was the next day. He followed up with me each day to see if it was cooling any better, which it was, but not as well as it should. We discussed his estimate, pricing was reasonable, and scheduled the work to be done for Friday of that same week. Richard and Michael came early and by the end of the day my AC was cooling normally. Richard also did a few extras for me, he set my thermostat for free remote access, he did some repairs to the air filter box in the attic, rearranged some piping for easier access to the unit and a few other things. As I said earlier it was very difficult to access the attic unit and I’m still not sure how they were able to get the old coil out and the new one in, it was huge. Fox Air and Heat will always be my go-to for HVAC work.”

“Been having a problem with the 2 ton Carrier unit that is dedicated to the master suite area. As anyone knows it’s hard to sleep when the air temp is 81. Called Fox air@heat on a Sunday night and to my surprise and delight I got a call back in 25 mins. Richard and Michael showed up mid morning, professional and knowledgeable. One hour later I had temps at the vent in the 49 degree mark and the other 2 units all checked out. In this world honestly is everything. 10 stars”
