“Our downstairs unit wasn't cooling properly which is miserable in this Texas heat. I found Jason's Air-Tex Services through a Facebook post and called them immediately. Within a few minutes, I had a technician scheduled to come out the next day. They communicated every step of the way with a phone call and text to let me know when the tech would arrive. Braydon arrived on time and is one of the friendliest, most polite humans I've ever met. He covered his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt on our floors and then got to work checking both inside and outside. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything in terms I could understand, provided a quote for repair and got my house cooling within an hour. Jason's has earned my A/C business going forward! They are reasonable and so easy to work with! Highly recommend!”

The AC unit was under warranty so they got the part from the manufacturer and swapped out the condenser coil. Now the AC runs so much better than before!
