“I have been to this property for 2 tours. I looked at the 2 bedroom and the 1 bedroom. They are beautiful apartments inside and out. From the halls always being clean to the inside with a clean finish and great lighting. I personally love building 5 and 1. The staff is super nice.. I haven’t got the change to meet anyone else other than Mirella and she has been very helpful. I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a upgraded clean modern look. They are exactly that!!! I am sooo looking forward to calling these apartments my next home🥰”

“Let me start by saying that the entire leasing office is wonderful and extremely attentive to detail. They made this process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I probably called them close to 100 times, and they answered every single time with patience and professionalism. At no point did they make me feel incompetent or like I was bothering them with all the questions and back-and-forth communication. Now, let’s talk about the property itself. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The amenities are clean, functional, and clearly kept up regularly. My only complaint would be the hours of operation, which are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. As someone who typically works 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., it’s difficult for me to take advantage of them unless I have a day off. The unit itself is very nice. It just needed a good deep cleaning upon move-in, which was easy enough and took less than an hour. I especially love the patio and the kitchen area—both are spacious and make the apartment feel even more inviting. A special thank you to Mirella for guiding me through the entire process. She answered every question I had and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. Overall, 10/10 for the office staff. Their customer service alone made this experience exceptional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the amenity hours. I would love to see the gym become accessible 24 hours a day, or at least have extended hours that better accommodate residents who work 12-hour shifts. Other than that, I have had a great experience and would highly recommend this property”

“At these facilities, you don't get what was originally promised—namely, spaces that are generally comfortable and clean. It used to be a comfortable place to hang out, but they removed many chairs; there aren't enough places to sit, and that ruins the experience. It seems as though they don't give any thought to the comfort of their tenants.”

“I have been living on this property about a year now and I have nothing but great things to say! The overall amenities and the apartment itself is truly incredible. I’m loving my spacious apartment and just the overall property. I can’t wait to use the pool and the playground this spring/summer with the kiddos!! I would love to shoutout a wonderful staff by the name of Stacie! Stacie is so helpful and bends over backwards to make sure things are getting done! She always have such a warm welcoming spirit and is so caring to not only me but my family as well. This property is kid friendly so if you aren’t kid friendly this isn’t the property for you. It’s so unfortunate to see the bad reviews for this property because my experience here has been amazing! Come see the property for yourself and catch a vibe and I definitely recommend Stacie as the staff to give you more information and actually take the time to make sure your stay here is nothing but exceptional”
