“Here’s your revised version with that added naturally and in the right place: --- I honestly don’t know how this company justifies what they charge. I had a simple aluminum line leak on my coil, which meant replacing the coil—fine, I get that. But they came in quoting $4,000 like that’s normal for a homeowner, not a commercial job. On top of that, they were already trying to replace additional parts before a supervisor even showed up. Once the supervisor got involved, he had to shut that down and we ended up going back and forth just trying to get a realistic number. Then it got worse. One of my outside units was making a noise, and without any real diagnostics, they immediately said it was “faulty” and needed to be replaced. Then they looked at my second unit and claimed it was “starting to do the same thing” and would need replacement soon too. So now we’re talking about replacing one condenser and a coil starting at $8,000—like I’m supposed to just pull that out of nowhere. Even after “negotiating,” they were still around $7,000. I walked away and did what everyone should do—got a second opinion. End result? My coil was replaced for $1,700, and I found a tech who actually took the time to do things right. He made a temporary fix on my outside unit instead of just condemning it, and I’ll have him back out this year to properly go through it. It’s been a full year now and everything is still running great. That alone tells me everything I need to know about this company. This felt less like a service call and more like a sales pitch to replace everything whether it needed it or not. Find yourself an honest AC tech that charges reasonable prices—not companies like this that treat you like a commercial account. They’re hard to find, but they are out there. Highly recommend getting another quote before agreeing to anything with these guys.”
