“Our 20 something year old refrigerator started making lots of noise. We checked the internet. Its probably a compressor going bad. After about 22 years it was time for another fridge. We identified the top 3 used appliance dealers in Midland on google and went on our "hunt" M&M was our last stop. The first thing you notice about walking into M&M is how clean it is. The second thing you notice is the awards for being "best". We met Erica who is truly a low key super helpful sales professional. We discussed prices and warranty. It was clear M&M provided the best value. We had to go home and re measure. 30 minutes later we were back to buy. Although unusual we made our purchase about 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. Her delivery crew was available and we had the fridge in our home and running by 5:00. In a word "amazing." If you are seeking value; check out M&M.”

“Extremely disappointed with m and m. I overpaid for a washer which was hard to do but I did it anyway. Everyday Cutthroat when it came to dealing and I guess I understand I really had to go the extra mile with them because I'm in a wheelchair and there was nothing done to help me from then to take that into consideration but that's fine. I overpaid for the washer it lasted 2 months and then wasn't working they brought another one and replaced it that one work for a few months and then messed up. They came out to look at it and he told me the washer was perfectly in great condition it just needed a heat water valve exchange but I could still watch with cold water. That wasn't true. And then I asked him to take my situation and my case into consideration and maybe just buy the washer back even if it was for $50 and they said no they don't buy used washers that aren't working yet I was totally was fine and just needed the water connection replaced. What a coincidence. And then the rude lady that I spoke with attempted to tell me that they don't really sell or buy appliances which is not true because they have a complete showroom so that makes no sense I would never recommend this place to anybody to waste their money relevantly do better”

“Called them in the morning for a broken ice machine and a leaky dishwasher. They came out same day that afternoon. Fast , courteous service. Dishwasher is working perfectly. Pointed us in the right direction for an ice machine replacement. Highly recommend this family owned/ run company. Fairly priced.”

“I would not recommend M&M Appliances based on my recent experience. We have a high-end GE Monogram built-in refrigerator that stopped working. M&M quoted us approximately $2,500 to replace multiple boards and service the refrigerator. They also told us there would be essentially no warranty on the electronics other than a short company warranty. After getting a second opinion from another appliance repair company, we were told that only one board appeared to need replacement, with an estimated cost of about $847 plus labor, which was far more reasonable. What was especially concerning was that the second technician noted that one of the original boards had apparently been removed from our refrigerator without that being clearly communicated to us beforehand. Based on our experience, the original diagnosis and pricing from M&M seemed excessive and not transparent. I would strongly encourage anyone with a higher-end appliance, especially a built-in refrigerator, to get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive repairs.”
