“First job, they completed but didnt schedule to come out, they just showed up, not the end of the world, but I'm glad I was onsite. Second job, they came out with several techs, where onsite for several hours, and then guessed what might be the problem. They no call/no showed multiple times. Told me another job was more important, and when I asked if they knew what the issue was, they said no, they are guessing. Then when I scheduled for them to come back out again to look and see if they can find the issue, they never showed up again. Lastly, they sent me a bill for around $800 (give or take) for the guess work. I had to find another refrigeration company to fix the issue and they proved that the part Penguin was guessing was broken, was just fine. It's sad to see this low level of quality service. I highly recommend against using them at this time.”
