“We got a number of bids to replace our 40 year-old oil furnace heating system (and no AC) with a heat pump (with AC). Pyramid was the most reasonable and the only one that offered the ducted version plus a min-split head in the one bedroom without ductwork. (The other companies either wanted to put in new ductwork there, mini-splits throughout, or was just plain over-the-top expensive.) Ryan Smith, our sales/project manager, was great throughout, explaining the system and process. He was here on day 1 (with donuts) and on day 3 (final day), where he even helped with the plumbing on the back wall. Dan Manaserro, our installer (with help from Noah), was fantastic doing stellar work. They cut up and removed the old furnace, installed the new air distributor in the basement, and the heat pump and head. We now have a Mitsubishi heat pump in the back yard, and a mini-split head in the bedroom. Dan's team was excellent and the finished product looks good and feels great. Can't wait for the 100 degree dog-days of summer, with my new AC!”

“This is going to be a lengthy review, as this starts back in 2019. After getting an overly aggressive offer from a competitor, my wife and I reached out to several different HVAC companies. Pyramid Heating and Cooling, returned our call quickly and scheduled a rep to come give us an estimate in our home in Molalla. The sales rep was one time, listened to our concerns, put together a fair estimate and then respected that we wanted a couple of days to look the numbers over. We decided to move forward with the installation and it went so smooth. We asked that the installers give us a 10 minute heads up so we could put our large dogs away and they were understanding about letting them out every couple of hours. The new system worked great after install, but about 2 months later one of the bedroom units started throwing an error code. Pyramid dispatched a tech quickly and he was able to diagnose the fault, got the part and got us back up and running with minimal problems ( bad control board, covered under warranty). Fast forward to this year and when we went to start the system back up for spring, we found the mini split was throwing an error code. We reached out to Pyramid and they sent out Robby Ashby, a very polite, knowledgeable tech, who conducted a very detailed diagnostic and discovered the system had a leak and lost the refrigerant charge. He didn't sugar coat it and presented the information as best he could. He wasn't pushy and had an estimate to us that same day. We moved forward and he was on time and did his job very professionally, even when one of our dogs kept visiting him while he worked. It did take 2 trips to get the system operating again, but he made this very clear when he presented the estimate. Our mini split is working great again, and we are very appreciative of Pyramid Heating and Cooling, and their Technician Robby. We highly recommend them for installation and services. Great job!!”
