I completely understood. The rep was super friendly. However, they charged me 575.00 for the service. He was there for less than an hour & the only thing wrong was a 75.00 capacitor. So that part was marked up 300%. Absolutely ridiculous mark up rate. I felt completely taken advantage of and can’t recommend them. Wrong!!! It was at 9:00 the Sunday before Father’s Day. But nice try. I will definitely make my voice heard moving forward!”
