All were either closed, did not have technicians available or wouldn't come out to our area...Except 02 Kool! Chris came out, checked our unit and discovered the issue quickly. He was very thorough, experienced and knowledgeable - we were cooling off in no time! We are considering replacing our 14 year old equipment, and 02 Kool will be our first choice!”
