COASTAL HEATING & COOLING INC

Coastal Heating & Cooling Inc works out of Mission Viejo, Texas handling HVAC work for homes across the area. They deal with air conditioners, furnaces, and mini split units on a regular basis, stepping in for repairs when something quits or for full installs when an old setup no longer cuts it. Texas summers push cooling systems hard, so the crew stays busy with maintenance calls and upgrades that keep houses comfortable without extra headaches. Homeowners around here know the heat can knock out a unit fast, and this outfit focuses on getting systems back online through straightforward service that matches what the local weather demands.

The company takes on HVAC repair jobs where techs track down leaks or failed parts in AC units and get them running again, along with furnace fixes during cooler months. They handle installations of new equipment, replacements for worn out systems, and upgrades that improve performance. Maintenance and tune ups form a big part of the work too, with crews checking coils, testing thermostats, and clearing drains to stop breakdowns before they start. In Mission Viejo the constant demand for reliable cooling means these services keep daily life steady, especially when a quick diagnostic visit turns into an on site fix instead of a long wait for parts.

Customers give steady marks for quick response times when units fail, solid workmanship that lasts, and pricing that stays in line with the job. Communication comes through clear as well, with explanations that make sense without extra layers. That adds up to the kind of track record that keeps folks calling back for the next service. “My experience with Coastal Heating and Cooling was outstanding from start to finish! When the compressor on my old HVAC unit failed last week, CJ came to my rescue the very next day. He took the time to explain how everything worked, answered all of my questions, and presented several options that were best suited for my home without any pressure. After deciding to hire Coastal Heating and Cooling—on the recommendation of a friend—my installation was scheduled right away. Jarrod and Andrew, the installation team, were absolutely amazing! They were prompt, hardworking, trustworthy, and professional. They spent hours removing my old HVAC system from both outside and my extremely hot attic before installing a new unit and replacing the ductwork. On the second day, they completed the duct in”

“I scheduled a tune-up for our original 25-year-old AC system, and Jimmy from Coastal Heating & Cooling was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in terms we could understand. Rather than trying to sell us something we didn't need, he gave us an honest assessment of our aging system and answered all of our questions. Jimmy also cleaned a long-standing condensate drain issue that had been causing water to run down the side of our house and installed our new Ecobee thermostat. He was patient, thorough, and clearly cared about doing quality work. It's refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in his job and treats customers with respect. Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Jimmy and ”

“Great friendly customer service.. the tech Jimmy was able to find the issues with the ac not working within a few minutes. He gave me a few different estimates depending on what I might be able to afford, from the minimum to just get it working again, to other options to replace other components that may fail in the near future. Was very nice having those options. Support local family owned businesses.”

“Fantastic experience with these folks from scheduling with Jovie to our AC blasting out cold air now thanks to our technician Jimmy. Our AC went out at 4AM on Thursday morning during a heat wave - of course! I called and spoke with Jovie at about 10AM and she said earliest they could be here is Saturday. I said ‘I’ll take it!!’ We laughed about living with the heat and she said she’d call if anyone happens to cancel. Lucky for us somebody did cancel and thanks to Jovie for keeping her word and calling back to reschedule for today (Friday)!! Jimmy came out on time and in this heat and quickly ID’d the problem to be the capacitor and gave us some options for the repair… he had the parts we needed and our house cooled off quicker than he could drive away. Thank you Coastal heating and”
