“Doug is awesome!!! He saved the day!! He definitely knows what he’s doing. Our A/C quit working on the 4th of July weekend. He was able to get it going quickly and salvaged our weekend. Doug is completely reasonable with his pricing, if anything I think he undercharges for the level of service he provides. I got a referral from the RV park. I called and Doug came out the following day. He was able to find a new compressor and installed it in a few hours. The unusual surprise working with Doug, is he suggested putting in a claim with my extended warranty company, which he did and was able to get it approved. The entire experience with Doug and his technician was quite pleasant, so I highly recommend anyone with most RV issues give him a call.”

“I can't speak to the quality of the the service provided because I could never actually get them to respond. I got one of the cards that they had left in the park office and called them over several fairs as well as texting. I let them know I had an AC that wasn't working in 85 degree weather. I gave up and searched for other service. While searching I found G-Tech with a different phone number than the one listed on their card. I called that number several times. Never answered but at one point I received a text that said they would call me right back. 4 days later and still no call. In the mean time I found another company that came and did a great job diagnosing and fixing my issue. I'm sure G-Tech has and will do great work but my experience was terrible. I will be using and recommending Riparian going forward.”
