“Not sure about the one bad review, but these guys do honest work. No B.S. I bought a new furnace from them back in 2017. The installation went great and they even came out and fixed a leak in the roof around the exhaust pipe. Today I called J&K out when another HVAC service told me that I needed a new condenser and evaporator coil. Something seemed off with that. Curtis came out and all he did was help me replace a breaker for the unit. There was nothing wrong with the AC. They literally saved me $6500. If you want an honest look and quote for HVAC service, this is the place.”
