As a GC, I've used them several times for business, and every time I'm left wishing that all contractors were as honest and knowledgeable as Donald. I just had an issue with the unit at my house and Donald was able to walk me through the solution on the phone without having ever seen the actual system. You'll be so happy you chose to use them!”

“I received multiple quotes for service to repair a failed air conditioning unit in our older, 1977, home. Since it was an older unit, this also entailed replacing our furnace. Several other people recommended Mize to me, saying that the price may be higher but the service will be exceptional. “I can not express how much we are thankful for Mize Heating and Air Conditioning! last night (6/5/18) our condenser stopped working around 6pm and after about 90 minutes we started to notice the HVAC system was blowing but not cooling and removing moister. So I called them and got Donald Mize who was working late as he said was normal at this time of year. He offered to swing by as it was on his way home and showed up 30 minutes from the time I called. in a few minutes time he found the problem, a seized fan motor and went back to his shop to get a replacement. All said and done, we had our AC working again by about 9pm! This is going above and beyond in my book. Mize does our yearly service and is about as honest as they get. when I think something needs to be replaced they will tell me it does not and explain why. they could easily just take my money. So thanks to three generations of local family HVAC business!”
