“Robert came to check and service our AC units with possible replacement of one of them. We had them all running and power verified shut them off for cleaning and when completed they had no power. After checking everything possible it was determined that all 3 breakers died at the same time. It was. Then determined that the 20 year old unit was bad and was replaced. Robert and the installers were professional, friendly and courteous at all times. I recommend North Point as I have been a customer since 1977.
