What Customers Say
“Perfect location close to Montmartre, Sacré coeur, for a great price. The staff is very friendly, english speaking. You get one of the best coffees with beans from a local brand, try it!! Good to know: you have in the sleeping room a seperate shower, toilet with a door, so you don't disturb the others too much and have a bit of privacy. You can charge your phone in each bed.”
“This is the best hostel I’ve stayed at as a solo female traveler. The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped me out so much, it was my first visit to Paris. The rooms are clean and the beds are actually COMFORTABLE! Which is rare in hostels!! There is a fridge to store food so that’s nice. Only thing I would recommend is a deep clean of the walls in the shower. Other than that is a perfect place to stay, I would stay here again!!”
“Stopped in for an early morning coffee after arriving last night. We are staying at a hotel next door and now wishing I booked this hostel instead. I got a cappuccino with an extra shot and iced long black. Both were good.”
“The hostel, bed sheets, and rooms are clean and well organized. The staff are also polite and courteous. The only issue was that the ventilation fans in the toilets and showers were not working, and the humidity in the bathrooms had caused mold to develop. The fans definitely need to be replaced, and the bathrooms require a thorough cleaning with anti-mold products. It would also be very helpful to have a cold water and hot water dispenser in the common area so guests can easily get drinking water or prepare free tea and coffee.”
“AC did not work but staff accommodated the best they could by giving me a free towel to wet and bag of ice to sleep with. However it took another complaint to finally get a fan in the room (which was like a sauna). There is no shelf in the shower to put your things which is very inconvenient. No exhaust fan in toilet, and exhaust fan in shower did not work. So the room, which you can only access via the bathroom, was very hot, humid and damp. However, I met two women who transferred here from other hostels, so maybe the hostels in Paris just aren’t up to scratch.”
