“Ramon, is outstanding worker, he is very honest with any situation that needs to be taken care of cooling and heating. Ramon and his helper, Jasper, were very helpful installing a new commercial stove for Shamrock General Hospital. They also helped service Family Care Clinic Hvac Units. They were quick installing the stove and Hvac Units. Jasper was quick servicing the Unit inside the Clinic. Ramon and Jasper were respectful and polite. Ramon good advice from his knowledge and experience. I highly recommend him for maintenance. He get the work done right and don't half fast at all. Ramon been working for this company many years. He very quick getting the job done right. Holly was also respectful and polite on the phone. She keeps us updated on our heating and cooling services maintenance. She was very well trained on customer services. I recommend her talking on the phone for customer services. Holly gets to the point whenever you have questions for her and she responds quickly and polite.”

“Not happy with service at all. The dampers were set all wrong. No air in two rooms, the living room kitchen and dining room didn't even have time to warm up before the bedroom was just too hot . Told them that the air ducts were leaking. They said that they couldn't find no leaks. I called for them to come back out it's been a week now still nobody and I had to send them pictures of all the leaks they were very noticeable.”

He also diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave me the best solution to fix. With that he was able to give me an estimate and then proceeded to fix the unit. In the process he found a couple other small problems he was able to fix in the process. He gave me a brochure on better filters and gave me a good explanation of how much better they worked.
