“My mother's ac failed a day before family came in for the weekend from west texas! A friend recommended Bobby York, I called and within 30 minutes his crew showed up tested the unit,recharged the freon and replaced a bad capacitor! We really appreciated his help ! Thanks again Mr Bobby and crew!”

“Only ONE bad thing, here. There's only 5 stars to give. Brad was simply incredible. Long story short(er): Had A/C issues 2 years ago and after being "accosted" by less than above board HVAC companies, I found Brad and York. I solved that issue, but told Brad that if I ever had any other A/C problems, he'd be the first person I'd call. Fast forward. BOOM. My elderly parents (In their 80's) had their system fail. So I did exactly what I promised. Brad was on it like a ferret lost a carrot. He jumped into action, knowing that we had seniors who didn't have AC. The unfortunate diagnosis was, in fact, a 26+ year old system which had major issues. (I knew this, already, but didn't want to upset my folks) Brad was nothing short of a miracle. His extremely fair quote was immediately agreed to. When he came for install, my elderly folks were treated as if they were his own parents. (Maybe even better) This included clean-up efforts that were above and beyond the norm. I simply don't have the words or superlatives to describe the feeling I had when my mother called to tell me how appreciative she was to have Brad and his team get them "Happy and Cool!" “Our old A/c unit failed about two weeks ago. Thankfully, the weather here in Nacogdoches has been like a true spring. We contacted our son who also lives in Nacogdoches for a recommendation. Without hesitation, he recommended Brad at Bobby York Air Conditioning & Heating and contacted them immediately. It was a short time before Brad & Carson arrived to investigate our issue. Brad told us that we needed a new unit and gave us an estimate. We could tell that he really didn’t want to tell us that was the case, but upon our agreement, he immediately ordered everything we needed for the new unit. As soon as the unit and all the necessary parts would be available, he called us and set an appointment to install the unit. They arrived on time and removed the old unit from the hall closet and the outside unit in our yard and hauled all the components away. A few drops of oily substance accidently dripped on the floor in the hall as they were removing the old unit. Brad immediately contacted Merry Maids, a Nacogdoches cleaning service, who went above and beyond to clear up the hall and out entire living room floor. Another job well done! Brad and Carson finished installing our new unit and by the end of that day, we were feeling the cool air! There are not enough words to describe how thankful we are that Brad and Carson came to install a new unit in our home. They did everything to make us comfortable during the process.
