Levi showed up at night on July 3rd and stayed late (much later than he had to) making sure our system was functional enough to get us through the weekend, and explaining everything to me. He went above and beyond to save my family’s holiday weekend and then followed up with an extremely fair replacement quote for our unit. We will be using P&T from now on. Thank you Levi!”
