“I’ve used Chase multiple times to service and maintain my Airbnb properties, and he’s become my first call anytime I have an HVAC issue. Most recently, I had an AC problem come up unexpectedly, and although I didn’t think he’d be able to make it out, he rearranged his schedule and showed up within the hour! While I was calling around, I found that most other companies were significantly more expensive, and some even having a two-hour minimum charge. Chase was fair, honest, and got the issue diagnosed and fixed quickly. What I appreciate most is that he’s always prompt, communicates clearly, explains what’s going on in a way that’s easy to understand, and leaves everything cleaner than he found it. As an Airbnb host, having someone reliable is critical when guests are involved, and Chase has never let me down.
