I would like to know what the cost of the service call, the diagnostics, each part replaced and labor costs were. Would give more stars if price is validated with an itemized receipt. Update: Lance and Sheila at AirOne care about there business but they also care about their customers just as much, providing the best experience with each call. Although I had concerns in the beginning about more clarity and understanding in their services and pricing, they did as they stated and provided me with a very detail invoice accompanied with a phone call to answer and send all questions about the service call, customer service and pricing.
