“Bond installed a new inside unit for us last year, and after it was in for a while, the condensation pan started overflowing and leaking into our hallway. This year, now that it’s time for A/C again, the problem is back. We called them for service and Seth came right out (on Monday) and were very friendly, but weren’t terribly sure what was causing the problem. He made a small change to allow better venting of the drain, and said to call back if that didn’t work, but that he wasn’t sure what else to try. Well, it didn’t work, so I called back the next day (Tuesday), and the very friendly lady who answered the phone said she would have him call me. No call. I called again (Wednesday) and she said he wasn’t sure in the office so she would tell him in person. No call. I called again (Thursday), and was told that Steve would handle it and would give me a call. No call. Now it’s Friday and they seem to be out of the office. I’m highly disappointed that nobody would call me all week. I understand if they’re busy, but zero contact to even say it may be a couple of days is poor service, especially after being told every day that someone would call. To their credit, he didn’t charge for that service call since we also had one of their plumbers coming for a separate issue.”
