“Gabriel arrived promptly & performed the maintenance work on our A/C system. He explained what would be done & asked if there were any issues or if I had questions. He got his work done quickly & showed me the plan options. I signed up for a seasonal maintenance plan, which is what I wanted. He was efficient & very professional. “Comfy Air and Sabrina, their representative, were the most professional, helpful and pleasant Air Conditioning company we have dealt with in New Braunfels. We own short term rentals, as well as a main house, and air conditioning issues are often emergency issues. They treated us royally, even working us in between responsibilities, and did so quickly so we did not have to cancel a reservation! “I called on Friday around 12:00 pm, and was informed that Comfy Air could have a technician to my home between 3 and 4 pm that very day! Gabriel is the technician who came and he quickly knew what the problem was and within an hour or so had my ac running cool again. My AC has never run better! Gabriel also took the time to explain several maintenance tasks I could do to keep my system in good shape and he also and also advised me why I should run the fan on auto and not on the ON position in which the fan never stops. That information alone is saving me from a very costly repair in the future! Gabriel is the best AC technician I have ever met. They have been prompt even during busy holidays, went above and beyond to assist us when our unit went out drying the holidays and the office was below working temp and made sure we had heaters until the part came in. This company is very detailed! This is sooo important to those of us who rent commercial buildings and end up fronting the majority of the costs for HVAC Repairs and replacements!
