“Discovered unit was installed by what looks like 2nd graders in elementary school by technicians working out of their trunk of their car. Service feed is not to NEC codes, circuit breaker panel cover removed, energy saving control system bypassed and not reinstalled, Fire extinguisher removed and not remounted in closet, lines to evap. coil block accessibility to coil, line entry grommets missing, power breakers cover not installed, control wires have 4 wire-nut splice points, unit integrity bad causing covers to leak from forced pressure air flow through unit, external filter holder large than unit & not sealed to unit, allowing unfiltered air to totally bypass filter, unit not warranty registered, invoice poorly and vaguely written with no unit information nor is units and labor itemized, manuals and literature given to customer not of the units installed, no warranty information given so that customer could attempt to register units.
