“Hi, We took our 80's Model Kubota Tractor to get repaired at Ken's Equipment Repair and paid $467.51. Once done, they dropped it off in our garage. Due to my busy work schedule, I did not have time to mow. Recently, I was able to finally mow the grass but when I went to start it, it only ran for maybe a minute then died. The belts looked worn when the mower had not been used in over 30 yrs around when it was purchased. Further, the engine was smaller than the one we dropped off plus it had rust and chipping paint. The engine also looked completely different from the one we had design wise. We called Ken to let him know the problem and he hung up on me. We need your help.”
