“Plenty of free parking space up front but the security guy will bang on your glass to the point you'll think someone's breaking into your box truck just to tell you no parking overnight. No signs for no overnight parking. They make you park at the roundabout. Yet sprinter vans were parked here overnight. As someone who does logistics and is a loyal customer to Pilot/Flying J travel centers who relys on ability to get some rest. I will no longer contribute to this location for their unwelcoming towards truck/hot shot drivers.”

“Absolutely the best customer service. Jasmine went above and beyond to help me set up my app as I'm not technically inclined. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I get fuel twice a day, so I will definitely be looking for Pilot now and when I come thru these parts I will stay here. Showers were nice, the whole store was clean. Thank you so much...”

“Clean restrooms, friendly staff, this is my go-to when we have to shut down. There's always parking when I arrive plus you get a choice of either Subway or McDees or various Mexican food joints nearby if you want to use Door Dash. Huge plus for me is also , showers have good water pressure.”

“DO NOT STOP HERE! They don't care about the drivers. I got fuel and pulled around to park in a spot so I could use the restroom and get food. I knew I'd be a few minutes and didn't want to hold up anyone coming in behind me so I parked long enough to all that and get a few goodies for later. As soon as I backed in I barely pulled the brakes and a lady was documenting my trk and trlr info. I was about 10 minutes because mc ds took forever to make my fish sandwich. So long in fact, that my fries were cold when it was done. I go out to my trk to put my stuff in the fridge and leave and they send out a police officer telling me that this was a paid only spot! He asked me if I paid, I told him no, I was only there for a few and leaving and he reminded me it was a reserved spot and I need to park some where else if I don't pay. The pilot station employee told me we cannot stop in a reserved spot at all, even to use the restroom, unless we pay. I will never do any business at ANY pilot after this!! I'll never spend another dime of my own money at any Pilot. But especially this one. Boycotting this store!”

“I usually have no problems when I come to this store until today. The staff seemed to greet only certain types of customers. I came into the store twice and both times the same lady looked right at me and didnt say a word. I noticed, however, how she made it a point to speak to every other customer that followed. I also noticed how none of them were of the same "persuasion" as me. Whether it was coincidence or intentional, I'm still offended. This experience was disappointing.”
