“As a regular patient, I have had the worst time trying to get someone to answer the phone, much less refill much needed prescriptions. For the last two weeks I’ve called and no one has answered the phone. I agree with other reviewers that the receptionist is rude—not only on the phone but also in person. I have seen 3 different providers in the last 6 months. I’ve addressed certain things that I’ve wanted to address regarding my health with all three and have been ignored. I have never seen a regular doctor at this facility—always an NP. I’ve finally decided enough was enough and am now going to be seeing a different physician.”

“The lady that answers phone is the main reason I’m looking for a new doctor. After needing to get a diagnostic exam, she told me they’d call me to schedule to give my results. after never getting a call, I called, and she said there was no need to schedule an appointment. She told me I could get results over the phone but that I had to call back. Every time I called nobody would pick up. Last time I called, I was told they dont give results over the phone and I waited too long and the essentially got blamed me for how long it was taking. She Gave me the run around over and over, she couldn’t explain what anything was, couldn’t give me the address to the referall doc they gave me, couldn’t answer any questions about who I’d be seeing- I now have to take the diagnostic exam again. Cherry on top was referring me to an out of network doctor.”
