“Airco came out on March the 13th on 2026 to install a water heater into my home. Got it done. Everything looked good, as I thought. On March 21st, on a Saturday morning, I had noticed water was leaking under my house. Contacted Airco, which has a 24-hour Emergency. service, seven days a week. Contacted them to come out about the water leak on the pipe they installed, and they had said they had no one on weekends. It would be Monday before they could get somebody out, which left me without water in my house for two days. They came out Monday, Which my wife had to take a day off work to be there for them to fix it. refixed the water line that they installed, and turned the water on. Didn't have the line hooked right. Water blew all over. the plumber Had to go and get more parts to come back ”

Looking at the part and what was involved in swapping it out, I realized it was something I could easily do myself. I had him stop and asked him if I could get the part locally. He told me JB Supply in NLR would have it, so I called them. They had it, put it aside, and I picked it up for less than $30. The service call ended up costing me $108 instead of the nearly $300 had he replaced it himself. Caleb had no problem with telling me what was wrong, and giving me a few pointers for doing the job myself. “We had our system replaced by Airco after receiving quotes from another company that said we'd have to hire an outside contractor to redo our attic opening. Airco came in and said that widening the attic wasn't necessary, and they beat the competitor's price with better equipment, AND handled the attic situation by putting in another intake. They were extremely professional and courteous and FAST. I can't recommend them enough. Michael and Nikki were our techs and they were fantastic.”

“Airco company and their management team has not proven true to their advertisement. We were told we were buying a new heating and air system less than six months it broke down. We had to pay to have the service people come out. Within six months of that date and those repairs the unit broke down again and we had to pay again for the service people to come. Each time we were told the services and parts were not covered for this brand new unit. We could not understand why this supposedly new heating and air system was not covered. My husband asked to have management call; it took three months or more for management to get back with him. My husband is a disabled veteran and the medication he is on as well as the cancer treatment he is taking requires that he is not in prolonged heat or di”

“Ac maintenance shouldn't be a pain in the butt. Waiting a couple months for a 25 minute service. Obviously not much was done. This doesn't seem to be a company that's trustworthy. Do you really want to follow them around to see if they're doing the work? Go ahead and complain to the company. Or don't waste your time.”
