One was installed too low, causing a u-shaped sag in the water line, which resulted in water backing up and overflowing the unit, causing major damage to our new hardwood flooring and baseboards. We were on vacation for a week and came home to water on the floor, buckled hardwood flooring, damaged subfloor, damaged baseboard and water running down the wall.
