“Absolutely appalling service. I called to get my unit checked for not cooling, tech came out and pumped 5 lbs of freon without doing sufficient due diligence to see how severe the issue with the unit might be. Unit was back to limping within 24 hours. Called the company to see what they would be willing to do to make things right and was HUNG UP ON TWICE simply for asking for them to make things right. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this is by far one of the most unbelievable and unprofessional experiences I have ever had. Do not bother spending any money with this sham of a company.”

“If you need hvac maintenance, repair, replacement look no further than Energy Master Home. I bought a condo a year ago. The building was built in 1967 and my furnace and air handler were original. I decided an updat was in order. Wes kept me in the loop in the decision making process and what he thought I needed. He gave me choices and I did the research and made the decision. Wes and Jeff did the install and every road block they encountered they had a solution. They are friendly and they know their stuff. They won't leave until you are satisfied. Excellent service for a company that has been around for a long time.”
