Home Energy Xperts

Home Energy Xperts operates out of North Little Rock, TX as an HVAC outfit that centers on practical energy fixes for homes. They handle the full range of heating and cooling work along with weatherization steps that cut down on wasted power. The crew stays focused on straightforward jobs that match what Texas homes need, from older builds with leaky ducts to newer ones where systems run harder than they should. Their approach keeps things grounded in real results like lower utility costs rather than fancy claims. Homeowners in the area deal with long summers that push air conditioners nonstop, so this team targets those exact pressures with insulation and testing methods that show where air escapes.

They perform blower door testing to measure how tight a house holds air, then add insulation where it counts most around attics and walls. AC tune-ups cover cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and swapping filters to keep units running steady through peak heat. Smart thermostat installs tie into existing HVAC setups so residents can adjust temperatures without constant fiddling. In North Little Rock the mix of humidity and high temperatures often leads to frozen lines or uneven cooling on upper floors, and these services tackle those patterns directly. Crews show up with the right gauges and materials to finish the work in one visit when possible, avoiding callbacks that drag out simple repairs.

Customers rate the work high because jobs finish on time without surprises on the bill, and the technicians explain options in plain terms before starting. Quality shows up in systems that hold steady after service calls, while price stays competitive for the level of detail put into testing and adjustments. Communication stays clear from the first call through follow-up, which builds steady repeat business from the same neighborhoods. DIRT Score 4.83 from 88 reviews on Finds.

“The team that came to our home today was absolutely amazing!! They were so polite and professional. Everything they did, they explained in detail and answered all our questions. We so very much appreciate what this program has done for us. Levi was just so pleasant and informative. We are thrilled we are getting new insulation in our attic which is desperately needed. “From the minute the technicians arrived they were respectful of my property and explained every detail of the process and answering any questions I had. They corrected leaks around the “cooler” of my ductwork from return to the unit, resealed the unit in my attic, measured for any leakage and moisture/mold. I highly recommend this service! Tell them I recommend you.”

“Amazing company that sealed around my windows and added weather stripping to my doors. Had I needed it, they would have put more insulation in the attic. The two young men were very committed to making my home as tightly sealed as is recommended .”

“The two individuals from home energy experts, Josh and Levi, were very knowledgeable and efficient. They answered all my questions while making the necessary changes to make my home more energy efficient. I am especially happy about the change in thermostat. With the new touchscreen interface, it will make it easier to make adjustments and monitor changes while not at home. And all for free. I can’t recommend any service higher.”

“Levi and Dalton were professional and provided me with detailed information about what they were going to do to make my house more comfortable.
