“I called One Call in a panic on a Friday morning and Stacy was able to get us scheduled for afternoon service. She even called us back to move us up after another receiving another cancellation. The techs (David and Reggie) were patient, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and in great spirits despite the heat and a quest around the city for a correctly sized breaker. They got us fixed up before the end of the day and we were cool by bedtime. The service, professionalism, price point, and customer service skills were great all the way around. “I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with One Call. I moved in my house in Sept 2022 and the when cold weather came and I switched over to heat, my heater didn’t work. I reached out to someone from a women’s FB group in LR and Lisa answered me right away, asked questions and did some troubleshooting over the phone and sent someone by on their way home. It turned out to be an easy fix. Whomever flipped my house didn’t put the right “smart thermostat” in it and an old original thermostat was put in and it worked beautifully. There was no charge, they didn’t tell me something major was wrong and try to charge me for a bunch of “repairs”. They rewired the thermostat and went on their way. They didn’t know me, we hadn’t ever met before. This spoke volumes to me on how honest they are and”

She was so pleasant and helpful, she really set the tone for a great experience. We made an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. Danny came to look at the unit.
