“I have used Air Serv for many years and their service has in the past been the best! The end of March I called for AC summer check up and told 12-3. No service tech called so rescheduled for another time 9-12. Again no service tech or call so I called the office to reschedule for another time. Cesar had asked his brother to take the call but his brother called me after I had called the office (11am).I waited a week to get the technician who was coming back from vacation. Office said he would call before my 9-12 appointment to let me know he was coming. No call from anyone by 11 so I called a company here in Andrews and they came right out. I’m not sure what is going on with Air Serv’s service techs but they just lost my business.”
