“I am very impressed with Eric; his professional demeanor, his concern for my well being. Eric answered every question I had, explaining in detail. Would that there weren't any repairs needed, but my unit is 14 years old; ALREADY. Eric topped off the freon and will return in the fall to replace the coil. While he was in the attic; he took lots of pictures to show me the coils were fractured and leaking. Still, topping off the freon was my best choice for now. He did give me options, but topping off was my best choice for now. I so appreciate his help. He checked on my studio mini split and gave it a good report.
