“This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever come into contact with thus far. I had a mini split in my home (keyword HAD), when my Freon hose was damaged. I had a technician by the name of Scott, come inspect it at my house only to focus on the voltage not being what HE THOUGHT was the appropriate voltage for my mini split. I made a call to the electrician who hooked up my unit who happens to be my Dad, that owns a successful electrical company. Once my Dad arrived and informed Scott that everything was up to standard he STILL insisted the voltage be changed even after my Dad’s professional opinion told him to deter from doing so. Scott burnt out my mini spilt in the middle of hot August. I reached out to the company after to speak with a supervisor the “receptionist” informed me there wasn’t one whom I could speak to due to one being on vacation for 3 weeks and another being away for a week due to a medical absence. I find it extremely odd that one supervisor would decide to take a 3 week vacation while the acting supervisor had to be away for medical purposes. I later received a call back from Scott only to be yelled at and later hung up on. No accountability taken from him even though I paid for a service to fix my AC only to be left without ONE. Do not waste your time with this place. Oh and Scott is the only AC tech so save yourself the stress and go somewhere where you will be valued as a paying customer. If I don’t receive the appropriate resolution then I will be contacting the state board to file a formal complaint. ZERO STARS”

“If I could leave zero stars I would! Didn’t fix the noise that supposedly was repaired. Started back up 2 weeks later. When I called back to tell them it was back again. I was told that I had issues paying them. I paid within 2 days because they never sent an invoice the first time. So when I finally got the invoice they tried to charge me for a “helper” labor which was not discussed. So they credited back some and then I agreed to pay. Make sure you get proof before you pay this company. And now they want to charge me to come back out and fix again. I was able to get someone else out same day service way cheaper and actually fix it one guy at that with no helper. Put your trust in someone else!!!!”

“This company provides the worst service that can exist, they charge you 156 dollars per hour and they do not solve the problem, and above all they charged the tools they use separately, this is a way to scam you and legally abuse you what a shame, the worst of all is that the positive comments surely come from bots👎👎👎👎👎👎”

“I had a unusual situation with my bathroom and even knowing that they didn't have the parts I needed. They were very helpful and walked me three what I needed to do. Kathy also let me know if I needed anything else to please call. Great people.”
