“Yes. Sean was excellent. He was kind and courteous. He was very detailed in explaining the problems with our A/C unit. He made the repair and did a thorough inspection of the entire system. He showed up in a timely manner to provide the service. He went straight to work and got repair completed quickly. He was very professional in every aspect of the repair call. “Got estimates from 2 local ac dealers in this area this past Monday for my shop. Both estimates were reasonable, each company rep that came out were very informative and professional. I went with Hesse in Gainsville because they offered a higher sear central air unit on their quote and they told me they could install it on Wednesday. The crew showed up at 8:30 Wednesday am and the shop temp was 72 degrees at 1:00 pm 🥶. This is one happy coonass! Thanks guys.”
