Would that there weren't any repairs needed, but my unit is 14 years old; ALREADY. Eric topped off the freon and will return in the fall to replace the coil. While he was in the attic; he took lots of pictures to show me the coils were fractured and leaking. Still, topping off the freon was my best choice for now.
