But before starting Jocelyne explained everything in detail as to what was involved and how much each step would cost. They were BOTH very courteous. They seemed to work well together and almost “read each other’s mind” during repairs! It turned out to be a little more complicated than expected( I had some fittings that required more work.) Also, our water heater is right in the middle of our house making it an even more complicated than should be. As indicated, they did an excellent job!!”
