Zeke showed up, took a look at everything, and did everything he could to get the unit back up and running. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything so I fully understood what was going on. Unfortunately, the unit was simply too old and not worth putting more money into. I asked if someone could come by Thursday to give me an estimate for a new unit, but they went above and beyond. Zeke called Seth Goins, one of their salesmen, and Seth showed up in about 10 minutes. We talked through what I wanted in a new system and the problems I had been having with my old one. Seth was just as professional and friendly as Zeke, and he explained all of my options clearly.
