Western Electric & Mechanical

West Texas Mechanical & Electrical LLC handles HVAC work along with electrical services and standby generators for homes and businesses in Odessa. They operate out of 425 W 81st St and hold the licenses TACLA 0011841C and TECL 39080. The shop stays open Monday through Friday from eight in the morning until five, with the doors closed on weekends. Their listed services cover heating, air conditioning, electrical repairs and upgrades, plus generator installation and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties across Texas.

Homeowners have called them for work on older houses that needed a ceiling fan hung, an air conditioner repaired, and a pump put in, with all the fixes holding up after the crew left. One customer had the full supporting structure under the HVAC unit rebuilt, a leak stopped, and a tighter seal added so the house stayed colder and the floors stayed dry. Another called during a freeze with no heat and had the system running again before the day ended.

The crew shows up when they say they will, explains what needs doing, and keeps the work areas clean while they are there. They handle both routine maintenance and bigger jobs like full system installs or code-compliant electrical upgrades, and they cover the same service list for commercial buildings as they do for houses. Calls get answered during regular hours and they make the trip out for same-day needs when weather knocks out heat or cooling.
