“Donovan's is a great local family run shop that really gets to know and take care of their customers. If you have to wait a little while to get your car into the shop, trust me when I say it's worth it. They're not out to rip anyone off, but just to provide trusted repair services at a fair price. Communication is good, the techs are very knowledgeable, and the service gets done when they tell you it will. I haven't had a bad experience with these guys (unlike the dealer where I bought my Subaru), and thus, I'll continue taking my cars here for the foreseeable future.”

“Honest and dependable service. We have saved so much money switching to Donovan’s. If you get an appointment service is fast. We had an alternator break while on vacation and we called them to check to see if we were being gouged and frankly it’s possibly that we were but I really admired the way Donovan’s still respected others in their industry and acknowledged that though the cost was high, there might be things in their business that could explain that, especially in another state. It kept us humble and calm when dealing with an unknown shop.”

“Donovan's has gone ABOVE and BEYOND getting our transmission fixed. Not only did John give us multiple options, he shopped around to find us a transmission, installed it, and test drove it. A few weeks later, it started acting up and we went back in to get it serviced. He found that the transmission they installed had a flaw so he has contacted ford, got another transmission and handled everything for us. First rate customer service. Great communication. Fair pricing. All done with a smile. They make you feel like family, not a customer.”
