Carroll'S Heating & A/C Services
HVAC Contractor · Palestine, TX
About
Carroll's Heating & A/C Services operates from Dallas, Texas, and concentrates on HVAC work for homes and commercial spots around the city. They step in for new construction installs along with everyday service calls that keep systems running through the long summers and sudden cold snaps common here. The crew handles heating and cooling setups without dragging things out, and reviews show they also cover related general service when fixtures or lines need attention. Local builders and property owners turn to them because the group shows up ready for whatever the job throws at them in this market.
Their process starts with fast scheduling that often gets crews on site ahead of time, followed by direct troubleshooting on the equipment. Curtis has stepped in on cases with repeated shower parts failures, sorting out the fixtures so everything runs better than before the issues started. Ashton fields calls and emails with quick replies that keep projects moving, while Geoffrey brings in helpers for follow through on bigger fixes. They manage new construction hookups and routine maintenance calls the same way, sending techs who stay professional and finish without extra trips back. Rates match what other outfits charge in Dallas but the results hold up on both simple repairs and full installs.
Homeowners and businesses keep coming back because the response time stays short even on repeat jobs, the fixes actually solve the root problems, and the crew communicates clearly from start to finish. Quality stands out when a repair leaves things working smoother than expected, and price stays fair without surprises. Speed and professionalism show up in every account, whether it involves early arrivals or handling multiple technicians on one site. DIRT Score 5.0 from 283 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Carroll Plumbing is top notch. Their excellent customer service and overall positive attitudes are noticeable. They do great work with new construction and general service, I have used them for both. The rates are inline with the industry but you get the best people.”
“I chose this company based on their great reviews and was initially pleased with how quickly they got me scheduled and even showed up early. The technicians were friendly and professional in demeanor, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. I was quoted $300–$400 and ended up paying $485, which I was okay with given the scope of work. I had five items to address: two loose faucets, one faucet replacement, a bathtub diverter issue, and installing a faucet at my meter box. Some concerns: The two loose faucets were fixed, but only because I had the necessary lock nuts on hand—they did not bring those parts. During the master bathroom faucet replacement, I had to specifically ask them to install the pop-up drain that came with the faucet. Otherwise, I was told I’d need to reach under the sink to operate it, which is not acceptable. The bathtub diverter was partially improved, but I was told I’d need a full replacement. Later I found that wasn’t accurate, as the rod simply unscrews. There was a major mistake when attempting to install the outdoor faucet—they cut the wrong service line, which required the water company to come out. While it was ultimately resolved, this should not have happened. After they left, I discovered a more serious issue: The master bathroom sink was not properly secured underneath, causing water to spray all over everything stored under the sink. The drain is also leaking. I reached out via text Friday morning (around 8AM) to notify them of the issue and ask about pricing details. While they confirmed I wasn’t charged for fixing their mistake, they completely ignored the message about the active leak and water spraying under my sink. It’s now Monday afternoon with no response. At this point, the lack of follow-up and accountability is the most frustrating part. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer when there’s an active plumbing issue is unacceptable. Overall, while the technicians were kind and scheduling was prompt, the quality of work, attention to detail, and especially the lack of response afterward leave a lot to be desired.”
“Had ongoing issues with recent shower parts replacement. Curtis quickly and efficiently troubleshot and repaired the fixtures. Shower is now better than ever! Ashton always responds quickly to all calls and emails regarding Carroll services. Highly recommend this vendor! UPDATE: Geoffrey and helper did an excellent job replacing leaky kitchen faucet. Also, Ashton always helpful and arranged for them to come out very quickly and accomplish work. Great job!”
