Burke's Heat Air & Appliance Repair

Burke's Heat Air & Appliance Repair operates out of Paragould and handles HVAC work for homes across the area. They focus on service, repair, and maintenance for Trane furnaces along with air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and geothermal setups. The crew takes on new installations as well as upgrades or replacements when older equipment fails to keep up. Homeowners in this part of Arkansas deal with hot humid summers that push air conditioners hard and winters that require reliable furnace output, so the company stays ready for both routine checks and emergency calls when systems break down in the middle of extreme weather.

Their daily work covers preventive maintenance to catch small issues before they turn into full breakdowns plus targeted repairs on cooling and heating units that stop working properly. Technicians handle ductless mini splits for homes without traditional ductwork and geothermal loops that need careful attention to keep efficiency high. When a furnace quits during cold snaps or an air conditioner fails in peak summer heat, the team shows up to diagnose problems like bad compressors or worn thermostats and gets the equipment running again without unnecessary delays. They also install new water heaters and zoning controls when customers want better temperature management room by room.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real use and the crew explains options clearly without pushing extra costs. Reviews highlight fast response times when units go down, solid quality on repairs that last, fair pricing that matches the scope of the job, and steady communication from the first call through completion. That pattern of reliable service across hundreds of jobs in Paragould adds up to strong marks overall. DIRT Score 4.66 from 295 reviews on Finds.

“Burke did an excellent job! Their price was fair, they were on time on the day promised for our installation, and they took extra care to protect our hardwood floors with drop cloths. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of an HVAC system replacement.”

“Fantastic. I called on a Thursday morning. They made it out Thursday evening working later than closing time to help us. Upon discovering a frozen unit with debris in it, it was thawed and cleaned. A leaky coil was discovered to be the issue. The coil had to be ordered, so they returned Friday to fill up the Freon so we would have AC through the weekend. That was VERY appreciated! I feel like that was next level customer service. They are returning to install the coil when it comes in. A very friendly and professional company. Burke’s will be our choice for AC service from this point forward and I will highly recommend them to everyone.”
