Prestige Heating and Cooling

Prestige Heating and Cooling handles heating and cooling work for homes around Paragould. They focus on HVAC systems and serve the local area along with nearby spots like Jonesboro. The crew takes on installation of new units, fixes for broken equipment, and setups for mini split systems that cool specific rooms without full ductwork. Homeowners in this part of the country call them when the summer heat builds up fast or when winter brings sudden cold snaps that test old furnaces. Their approach stays straightforward with maintenance plans that keep systems running through the worst weather and financing options to spread out bigger jobs.

In Paragould the HVAC trade deals with heavy demands from high humidity and temperature swings that wear down compressors and coils quicker than in milder spots. Technicians show up to install full systems in new builds or replace outdated ones that no longer hold temperature. They also handle repairs on units that stop blowing cold air during peak summer or that make odd noises from worn belts and low refrigerant. Maintenance visits catch issues early like dirty filters or clogged drains that lead to water damage if ignored. These jobs often involve checking electrical connections and testing thermostats so the equipment cycles properly without wasting energy on long runs.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done without delays and the pricing stays reasonable for the quality of parts and labor. Reviews highlight fast response times when systems fail at night and clear explanations of what needs fixing before any work starts. Quality shows in units that last longer after service and communication stays direct with updates on arrival and costs. This steady performance across hundreds of jobs adds up to a strong track record. DIRT Score 4.96 from 426 reviews on Finds.

“Very good experience with the company overall the booking was made quickly and easily and the service was great. He did not try to upsell and charge me for things I didn't currently need and the tech was kind and professional. He ran the air flow test to make sure the house is balanced and everything is running right as well as cleaned the inside unit coil, and did just a general spring tune up before the summer. I signed up for the 2 year maintenance plan, at a very reasonable price, to have then come back seasonally and make sure things are still running right. Would not hesitate to recommend them if you are needing someone to service or maintain your hvac system. The service was done on my house in Bay Arkansas.”

“Would highly recommend this company for all you air & heat needs. They just installed a brand new air unit for us and they are very professional and answered all questions that we had. All of the workers are very polite and well informed in their job. Thanks to Eli, Boyce and Tanner for getting us back up and running before that old Arkansas heat wave set in. Shout out to the office girl that took my initial call to the company she was awesome as well.”

“I come home from work to find air not working. Some of our friends recommend Prestige. Husband called them at 6pm and by 645pm Braydon was at our house and the problem fixed. Great service, professional, and we will be telling everyone.”

“Called prestige and got scheduled the same day for maintenance. Eli came out checked the unit and found we needed our motor replaced took him under 2 hrs to do the job very satisfied”

“I deal with many contractors an after getting what seemed like an unreasonable diagnosis from a new contractor I was trying for one my of clients I called Prestige for a second opinion. Eli the tech they sent had the system back operating properly within 30 minutes. Went from “ needing and board and blower motor” to a new thermostat. If I can only talk them into purchasing equipment through me. Overall I’d say they are more than competent and honest. Justin Landry Comfort Kings HVAC Supply”
