When my air conditioner quit working recently, I called and was immediately put on the schedule for diagnostics and repair. Seth Knowles was my technician. He was able to quickly find the first point of failure. Unhappily, that point of failure led to a further cascading effect throughout my system. Seth methodically followed and repaired each failure until he had the system back up and running perfectly. At one point he said he actually like solving puzzles and made me laugh!
