“We had a leak at the floor on one of out toilets. Since we had been discussing replacing them for nearly a year, we decided this was the right time to do so. Called Dial One, we've been using them for years, to give us a quote on 2 replacement purchases and installation. The tech came on Friday, gave us a quote for everything we wanted, and said he could deliver on Tuesday. On Tuesday he and another tech came and removed the old toilets and installed the new ones. Timeframe on Tuesday took about one and a half hours. Both techs were polite and worked diligently to get the job done (even though one dog kept barking at them the whole time). The cost was less than what I was expecting.”
