“Our furnace started making a weird noise, then a loud bang, and a gross smell. Turns out the bearings of our blower motor called it quits! We called the HoneyBee team for help and got scheduled. They called ahead of their arrival and they arrived on time. They were able to solve the problem, and get the parts replaced under the warranty on my Goodman furnace. This was a huge value to us, saving us real money. My furnace is an older unit, and we worried that anyone we called for help would just tell us to replace it. But HoneyBee helped solve our problem without breaking the bank. Finding a company that is local, family-owned and operated, as well as practicing the values they advertise is so refreshing.
