“I wish I could give higher than 5 stars. We have a newborn so of course, our AC went out on a hot day in the afternoon. We called our trusted repairman but he recently retired and gave us Eli’s info saying he was honest and would treat us well. Eli was here in 30 minutes and immediately diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately our system is so ancient and the part is OEM and expensive. We knew it was time to finally upgrade our system and Eli did an amazing job helping us really understand the differences between the options and we felt 0 pressure from him to choose. I also appreciate how he kept us updated on system availability because we were worried how long it would take. His team came early in the morning on Friday and spent all day installing so we could have working AC before the weekend. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional and courteous team. They even laid out tarps and vacuumed up before leaving. Eli walked us through our new system and important maintenance. We slept well last night and even though a new system is a big investment, we woke up feeling really pleased with our choice. And now we can go into a Texas summer and winter with a baby with peace of mind. Thank you Eli!”

“Professional, respectable and honest! I called On Air and Eli (the owner) answered the phone who gave me an estimated time frame as to when he would arrive. Not only did Eli arrive earlier than the window time he gave me but he also went straight to work and quickly trouble shot the issue. I asked Eli to show me what the issue was and he didn’t hesitate to show me the problem. He taught me a little bit about my AC System which I’m grateful for. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone who experiences HVAC problems.”

“I have used them a couple times now. First, they are very fast to respond! Both times I've needed them they got to my property the same day! Second, they communicate well. By text or by phone, they have been available to answer questions and discuss scheduling and carrying out the jobs. Third, the quality is great!
