“Honestly I was skeptical of the 5 star rating. When Eric came out and looked at my overturned condenser unit for the A/C Service Call. I immediately knew why the company has such a great rating. While servicing the unit he was also giving me information on how to maintenance the unit and reassuring me there was no issues other than 1 minor cosmetic problem. Eric was professional, very straightforward, informative, and friendly. Felt like he was family. If I have any issues or had to suggest a company for anyone to use in my area, this is definitely the number 1 pick easily. Disclaimer: I had already flipped the A/C back upright on on Saturday evening to let the compressor oil settle for a day or 2 before service.”
