Allegiance Air
HVAC Contractor · Pasadena, TX
About
Allegiance Air works as an HVAC contractor serving Johnson County, Texas. The area sits in a part of the state where summers run long and hot while winters can bring sudden cold snaps that put extra strain on home systems. Local homeowners often face high humidity that forces air conditioners to run nonstop and occasional freezes that demand quick heating repairs to avoid burst pipes or frozen coils. Without details on how long they have operated or who makes up the crew, the company appears to handle the steady flow of cooling and heating calls that come with living in this climate and keeping older homes comfortable through the extremes.
They take on full system replacements when units fail beyond repair along with regular tune ups to clean coils and check refrigerant levels before the worst heat arrives. Common jobs include fixing compressors that seize up after months of nonstop use, sealing duct leaks that waste cooled air in attics, and swapping out thermostats that stop reading temperatures right. In Johnson County the work often means responding to no cool air calls during July afternoons or restoring heat when a furnace quits during an unexpected freeze. Technicians focus on getting the equipment running again without unnecessary add ons that drive up costs for the homeowner.
The low overall rating points to repeated problems with how fast they respond to calls and how well they explain what needs fixing. Homeowners have noted long delays before anyone shows up and uneven results once the work starts, which drags down marks on speed and quality. Price and communication also appear to leave people unsatisfied more often than not. DIRT Score 1.94 from 21 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“I had a wonderful flight from provo to Houston on Allegent. The flight was smooth and I love how the pilot took the time to say goodbye and thank them for flying. I was an early flight and I was impressed with how friendly and attentive our flight crew was. Especially Sidney and Claudia. This did not feel like a flight on a budget airline.”
“Took exactly one hour since I arrived at hobby for any of the attendants to show up at the check in desk. I'm still in line and have nothing better to do than write a review, will probably take another hour to get through this line. This is the second time Allegiant has done this to me, the first time I missed my flight entirely.”
“Cheap. Get thru TSA super quick! Small airport. Non stop. Limited days, limited places, n not the most comfortable but that's expected with cheap plane tickets.”
“I loved the small airport experience. It seemed to be maybe 2 or 3 gates. Maybe they own these small airports? You are not surrounded by 1000s of people. The prices are very good. I think they are all non stop but only to a small number of cities. I have used their service multiple times. No trouble yet!”
“This airline canceled my flight home and did not have another until May 24th. This happened on January 15th! Luckily, I was able to stay with my daughter until I could find a flight home, 2 days and $500 later! They made no effort to help me get home, and the guy at the gate walked off and would not answer any questions . The ticket counter said to call Customer Care but offered no phone number! It took forever to find a number. The computer would not give me a person until I kept pushing 1 for a new reservation. I sat on hold for 45 minutes for them to tell me there was nothing they could do until May 24th, 4 MONTHS LATER! SHAMEFUL DISPLAY OF "CUSTOMER CARE"!!!!”
